Functional productive two-body plow with moldboards for mini tractor PN-2-25 PR is intended for performing tillage work on fields that are not contaminated with stones and other technical impurities. It is attached using a three-point hitch system at the rear of agricultural machinery with engines of power from 24 horsepower.
Maximum productivity - 0.3 ha/h, is achieved due to the two main working parts (bodies) and two auxiliary ones (moldboards) installed on our reversible plow 2 25. First, the initial turf layer is removed by the moldboards, and then the share of the body undercuts a large soil layer (depth 25 cm), the moldboard thoroughly crumbles it, grinds and turns the soil, after which the layer lies on top of the turf layer located at the bottom of the furrow. Thus, deep burial of plant residues is carried out, which leads to increased soil fertility qualities and a reduction in the level of weed growth in crops.
High reliability of all structural elements, including a strong metal frame, allows the use of this two-body plow with moldboards PN-2-25 PR for a mini tractor under conditions of increased operational loads. High stands (55 cm) prevent clogging of the unit with plant residues, even on poorly cleared plots. The total width of the two bodies is 50 cm, and the tillage depth is set by a screw mechanism on the support wheel stand.
