The mounted disc harrow is designed for non-inversion continuous shallow soil cultivation. The disc harrow is attached to the three-point hitch mechanism behind the tractor. Disc harrowing precedes plowing. It is performed to break up crop residues, loosen the soil, retain moisture, incorporate post-harvest residues, pests and pathogens of cultivated plants, and weed seeds into the soil to stimulate their germination. With subsequent plowing, the weeds that have germinated are turned to a greater depth and die. Disc harrowing significantly reduces the mechanical energy required for plowing, which in turn considerably saves fuel consumption during subsequent plowing. Advantages of the disc harrows produced by us include: simple and reliable design; increased weight; increased wall thickness of the profile tube; improved painting; improved welding.
