Compact lightweight two-share plow for mini tractor PLN-2-25 is designed for deep plowing of fields for sowing grain and industrial crops. It has a strong adjustable frame made of square steel tube, resistant to significant working loads. It is attached via a rear three-point hitch system to mini tractors with engines of at least 24 horsepower.
The two working shares (bodies) installed on the plow consist of a share and a moldboard, fastened to a 45 cm high beam with special bolts. With the help of a sharp steel share, cutting and partial crushing of the soil is carried out, together with the remaining weeds and crops in the ground. When reaching the moldboard, clods of earth are finally loosened, vegetation is well crushed, after which the soil layer is completely turned over and dumped into the furrow. Crushed plant residues end up at the bottom, covered with loose soil, where during the winter period they turn into compost that contributes to increased yields and reduced weed growth rates.
When working on plots without stones and flagstone, the two-share plow for mini tractor PLN 2-25 reaches optimal productivity up to 0.3 - 0.4 ha/h. For adjusting the working depth, the support wheel is provided with a screw mechanism with a lever, the maximum depth of penetration is 25 cm, and the working width of the two shares is 50 cm. The design of the bodies is developed taking into account quick replacement of damaged or worn parts with new elements, using bolted connections for this purpose.
