TRACTOR HANWO 404DXU: AT THE CROSSROADS OF TWO WORLDS, WHERE PRECISION MEETS POWER Are you looking for an assistant beyond the 24-horse range but without unnecessary overpaying, while a 50-horse seems too large? Want to move forward and have modern functionality at hand — such as forced hydraulics as standard or a compressor for backup right in the field, and be confident in the quality of components and assembly reliability? The Hanwo 404DXU tractor fully answers that question. ENGINE Traction is provided by a 4-cylinder diesel KM490VT with a 2.5-liter displacement, delivering an honest 40 horsepower. Thanks to direct injection the engine responds instantly, and the glow-plug torch (electro-flame) ensures a confident start even on a frosty morning. A paper cyclonic filter reliably protects the unit from dust during the toughest field work, and a 55-liter polymer tank is located right under the driver platform, which simplifies refueling. TRANSMISSION AND CHASSIS Convenience in performing various agricultural tasks is provided by a reversible gearbox 8+8, which together with the HORN gives ease of maneuvering in any yard. Excellent cross-country ability is provided by full 4x4 drive, high 400 mm ground clearance and massive tires (7.5-20 / 11.2-28). With a weight of 2045 kg the machine develops a tractive force of 11 kN, and to fully realize this force with heavy implements, the tractor is factory-equipped with a set of front and rear counterweights. THREE-POINT HITCH The three-point hitch with forced hydraulics easily handles up to 680 kg. The lower links are reinforced at the bottom with a stiffening rib and have removable balls. The two-speed PTO at 540 and 1000 rpm allows work with active implements. Connection of complex mounted equipment is provided by 4 additional hydraulic outlets with quick-disconnect couplings. The standard compressor with receiver is always at hand for inflating tires or blowing out assemblies in the field. COMFORT AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT The most interesting, of course, is behind the wheel: a comfortable anatomical seat with adjustments, levers located at the sides, and PTO and hydraulics controls moved separately to the wing console, where convenient small-item niches are also provided. The stylish steering wheel received a quick-turn handle, and directly below it — a digital instrument panel. A folding roll bar with additional mounted lights is responsible for safety, and the aggressive hood design adds dynamics! The Hanwo 404DXU tractor is about the feeling of complete freedom on your own land. When any task does not provoke the fear “will it handle it?” but the calm “we’ll do it now.” This is the case when equipment stops being just metal and becomes a pride you sit in with pleasure!
