STREAMLINED GIANT OF POWER: HOW DOES THE KENTAVR 504F TRACTOR MAKE MONEY? Have you ever wondered why, during constant changes, some owners endlessly spend on adaptation while others simply earn? The boundary is simple: it is where the sheen ends and sober calculation begins. Sometimes the best solution stands right in front of us, but it is not noticed by those who look only at the bright wrapping. The KENTAVR 504F tractor does not play at pretty promises, it simply confidently pulls the load of demanding tasks day after day. ENGINE Under the hood on pneumatic lifts hides a 4-cylinder diesel KM495BT, which has stable torque and powerful traction. The engine starts easily with an electric starter when the clutch is depressed, and an electric glow plug facilitates starting in frost. A polymer 60-liter tank is built into the instrument panel and has a return line and a water sensor. A reliable and proven contact-oil air filter is responsible for the cleanliness of the engine air. TRANSMISSION AND CHASSIS The front axle is portal, with high side reduction gears. Grease fittings are provided for lubricating the bushings and pins of the steering tie rod ends. The gearbox is reversible, with 8 forward and 8 reverse gears. A two-disc clutch protects the engine and transmission from shock loads, and the HIFT makes maneuvering really easy. Off-road tires are installed on the wheels, and weights have been added on both axles to improve ballasting. THREE-POINT HITCH The lower longitudinal hitch arms have a trapezoidal shape, are made from a solid strip and reinforced from below. Additional hydraulic outlets with two quick-release couplings make it easy to connect complex equipment. The power take-off shaft is 6-spline, two-speed: at 540 and 720 rpm. A storage place for the locking pin is provided on the lower towing drawbar, and the hitch device itself is made pivoting. COMFORT AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT It is easy to get up to the workplace thanks to two perforated steps on the left, and convenient handles on the wings help during boarding and movement. Metal frames with glass inserts protect the feet from mud and stones. The driver platform floor is flat, with a rubber mat, in the center — an adjustable seat with armrests. The electronic panel has excellent visibility, and lensed headlights and LED lighting take care of safe driving.
