Tractor KENTAVR 404S — a durable 4-cylinder all-wheel-drive assistant with 40 hp. KENTAVR 404S is a powerful tractor with full drive (4×4), ideally suited for agricultural work, cargo transport, and work with mounted equipment. Equipped with an economical diesel engine and an efficient transmission, it demonstrates confidence and reliability in harsh operating conditions. Engine In the tractor is installed a powerful 4-cylinder diesel engine KM490VT with a displacement of 2545 cm³ and a power of 40 hp (29.4 kW). Thanks to the electric starter and electric glow preheater, starting occurs quickly in any weather. Air is cleaned through a transparent cyclonic filter with an oil bath, which guarantees clean intake even in dusty environments. Fuel consumption is ≤245 g/kW·h, making the model economical in long-term use.. Transmission and running gear The mechanical gearbox (4+1)×2 allows operation over a wide speed range — from 0.39 to 31.97 km/h forward and up to 12.76 km/h in reverse. Drum brakes, parking lock, power steering with double-acting hydraulic cylinder, as well as engagement of the front axle from the cab — all of this contributes to precise control in field conditions. Agrotechnical clearance — 390 mm, and ground clearance — 310 mm, which allows work on uneven plots. Construction and hitch system The rear 3-point hitch system withstands loads up to 550 kg, equipped with an integrated hydraulic cylinder and a three-mode hydraulic distributor. The PTO rotates at 640/800 rpm with the possibility of simultaneous towing operation. For mounted equipment there are 2 hydraulic outlets, and the hydraulic system has a separate 6.5 L tank. Side links are rigid, with threaded adjustment, which facilitates precise implement setup. Comfort and electrical equipment Distance-adjustable steering-wheel seat with shock-absorbing effect. Instrument panel — combined, with dial and light indicators.
