Juta DY-2024 — solar charge controller, excellent for creating small autonomous systems on solar panels. The controller works with sealed maintenance-free lead-acid batteries, serviceable batteries with liquid electrolyte, iron-lithium and lithium-ion batteries. The built-in liquid crystal display with an intuitive interface will help flexibly configure all parameters. A pleasant and convenient bonus is the presence of two USB ports built into the controller for charging portable devices that can be charged from a computer USB port, such as mobile phones and tablets.

The DY-2024 controller can work with the following battery types:

Gel.

Sealed maintenance-free (valve-regulated) lead-acid.

Serviceable lead-acid.

Iron-lithium.

Lithium-ion.

One of seven battery charging modes can be selected:

B01 - for sealed maintenance-free batteries (absorption charge voltage 14.4/28.8V)

B02 - for gel batteries (absorption charge voltage 14.2/28.4V)

B03 - for serviceable batteries (absorption charge voltage 14.6/29.2V)

B04 - for iron-lithium batteries (4 cells in series)

B05 - for iron-lithium batteries (5 cells in series)

B06 - for lithium-ion batteries (3 cells in series)

B07 - for lithium-ion batteries (4 cells in series)

The DY-2024 controller allows monitoring and independently setting:

Voltage at the battery terminals;

float/maintenance charge voltage;

load disconnect voltage;

load reconnect voltage (after disconnection).

Description of symbol indications on the liquid crystal display:

P1: digital parameters.

P2: Charge indicator. This symbol indicates that the solar panel is charging the battery; absence of this symbol means the solar panel cannot charge the battery due to low voltage. If the symbol flashes, it means the battery is fully charged and is in float charging mode.

P3: Solar panel operation indication. This symbol indicates that the connection of the solar panel has been detected by the controller; absence of this symbol means there is no detected connection to the solar panel, or there is insufficient sunlight on the solar panel.

P4: Indication of 5 battery charge level bars.

P5: Discharge indication. This symbol indicates that the controller is supplying current to the load; absence of this symbol indicates no load current. Flashing of this symbol indicates internal control device faults.

P6: Load indication. This symbol indicates that the controller is supplying current to the load; absence of this symbol indicates no load current. Flashing the symbol indicates overload or damage to the load circuit.

P7: A - current indication; H – hour indication.

R8: V - voltage indication.

Description of the functions of the DY-2024 controller buttons:

Selecting the DY-2024 controller load operating mode

Manual load control using the "DOWN" button.

Programmed load control using the built-in timer:

[24H] - load is on all the time (24 hours a day);

[1-23H] - the load will turn on when illumination drops and will turn off after the programmed operating time elapses;

[0H] - "from dusk till dawn", load control by light sensor.
