Description:

Pump repair kit 16-08-140sp engine D-160, D-180, for various machinery based on T-130, T-170, B-10. The water pump impeller 700-42-2567 is supplied with splines for installation on the shaft, the tail of which is made with a spline.

The pump uses 304 bearings without protective shields. Press bearings using a driver applying force to both bearing rings. For this operation use a press, a screw device or a driver with an aluminum or copper tip. Bearing misalignment is not permitted.

Check the mating surface of the seal face with paint. The ring contact of the surfaces is limited by a diameter of 24 mm. Lubricate the sliding washer of the seal with graphite grease when assembling the pump.
