The sturdy functional conveyor potato digger KTN 1-44 for a mini-tractor single-row is designed to be attached to mini-tractors with power from 18 to 25 horsepower, equipped with a power take-off shaft with a rotational speed up to 540 rpm. It is mounted at the rear of the machine using a three-point hitch. Thanks to the presence of a durable forged share, it handles harvesting root crops well on soils of varying difficulty.
This potato digger for a mini-tractor is equipped with a long conveyor belt - 110 cm, which consists of reliable metal rods with adjustable capability, allowing to avoid lateral displacement of the conveyor during field work. The design includes special oval gears (elliptical sprockets) that cause moderate oscillations of the working belt. As a result of movement and shaking, the tubers are cleaned of soil, which falls through the rods of the belt.
The forged blade has a length of 840 cm, so the conveyor potato digger for a mini-tractor KTN 1-44 can capture a large layer of soil without damaging the root crops located in it. The working width equals 44 cm, the maximum digging depth is 18 cm, which is quite sufficient to achieve a device productivity of up to 0.1 ha/h.
