Reliable unit with high productivity - a three-share heavy plough for tractor PLN-3-35 UA is designed for intensive tillage work, intended for mounting on powerful (from 80 horsepower) tractors with rear three-point hitch. It performs very well when working light and difficult soils for sowing grain and industrial crops on unpolluted fields of medium and large areas.
The working bodies fitted to this 3-share plough have a convenient ergonomic design and are equipped with additional elements - coulter-slices, which perform a function similar to that of foreshares. The coulter-slices are located above the mouldboard, remove part of the topsoil layer and throw it onto the bottom of the furrow. The share of the body, plunging to 35 cm, undercuts the slice and feeds it to the mouldboard, where the soil crumbles, turns over and covers the top layer with shredded plant residues that are in the furrow, leaving them to rot over the winter period.
The maximum productivity achieved by the three-share plough for tractor PLN-3-35 UA is 0.73 - 0.94 ha/h. All parts of the bodies are fastened to the beam with bolted connections and can be easily replaced in case of wear or damage. The unit is distinguished by a large working width - 90 cm, the distance between the field surface and the frame is 62 cm, which prevents clogging of the unit by parts of weeds and cultivated plants during tillage. There is a handle on the support wheel stand intended for adjusting the working depth.
