Simple, requiring no complex adjustments, mounted equipment - two-body plow PN-2-20 for a mini tractor has high maneuverability, which is especially relevant when working on plots with complex uneven terrain. Suitable for plowing seed areas with any soils and previously untilled virgin field plots. The two-body plow under consideration is attached to equipment that has an engine power from 16 horsepower, fixed by a rear three-point hitch system.
To achieve maximum productivity - 0.26 ha/h, the mouldboard plow PN 2 20 should be operated on fields without stones and other inclusions. Two steel bodies are mounted on stands 50 cm high, which, in turn, are connected to a sturdy metal frame with reliable bolted joints. The total working width is 40 cm. The original shape of the bodies allows effective deep burial of plant residues to a depth of up to 20 cm.
The regulation of plowing depth is carried out by a special screw mechanism located on the support wheel stand, attached to the two-body plow for mini tractor PN-2-20. Using a convenient handle, by changing the height of the wheel, you can quickly set the required depth of the shares, taking into account the features of the processed area.
During plowing, the soil layers lifted by the shares fall onto the mouldboard wings, where thorough crushing of the soil occurs. Weeds and crop residues are finally ground, the soil layer is completely turned over and lies at the bottom of the furrow, remaining there for a long cold period. During decomposition of plants compost is formed, the soil restores its fertile properties, which leads to high yields.
