Tractor KENTAVR 404SDU — a powerful, durable all-wheel-drive tractor for demanding tasks KENTAVR 404SDU is a reliable tractor with a 4-cylinder diesel engine rated at 40 hp and full 4×4 drive. It is designed for heavy field work and agricultural tasks that require maximum productivity and durability. The lack of a cab is offset by a robust construction and ease of maintenance. Engine The installed diesel engine KM490VT with 4 cylinders has a displacement of 2545 cm³, operates at 2300 rpm and uses direct fuel injection. The cooling system is liquid with forced circulation and an expansion tank. Air intake is via a metal mesh and an oil bath with a mono-cyclone. Air heating is provided by an electric-flame heating coil for easier cold starts. The 35 L fuel tank provides long autonomous operation. Fuel consumption level — ≤245 g/kW·h. Transmission and running gear A mechanical gear transmission with 4 forward speeds, neutral and 1 reverse, supplemented by reduction and overdrive gears, allows precise speed control from 0.39 to 31.97 km/h. The front axle is disconnectable, rear drum brakes, differential lock and hydrostatic steering with a quick-turn handle provide high maneuverability and controllability on any soil. Ground clearance — 310 mm, agricultural clearance — 390 mm. Structure and hitch system The rear 3-point hitch with hydraulic lift has a maximum lifting capacity of 550 kg and is equipped with a three-section hydraulic distributor. The hydraulic system includes two external hydraulic cylinders and a separate gear pump. The PTO has standard speeds of 540/720 rpm, allowing connection of a wide range of implements. There is no front hitch. For towing there is a removable pendulum hitch pin. Comfort and electrical equipment It has a suspended seat with adjustment for distance to the steering wheel. The instrument panel is combined with analog gauges and indicator lights. Electrical equipment: 750 W generator, 12 V / 100 Ah battery, main front and rear lights, and a protected socket for connecting a trailer. A horn and hazard warning lights are provided for safety.
