Description of the motor-cultivator DTZ 570BN - K (wheels 4.00-10) The motor-cultivator DTZ 570BN-K is equipped with a gasoline engine with a power of 7 hp, which is quite enough to perform agricultural work. DTZ-K motor-cultivators are equipped with a new type of gearbox. Main advantages of the new gearbox: a separate reverse/gear back in the gearbox (easier to control which gear is engaged); reduced rotational speed of 1st gear (better and more precise work with mounted equipment); a detachable rear housing cover; reinforced mounting for active mounted equipment; a visual sensor to monitor the oil level in the gearbox. Direct drive has lower power losses than belt drive, and therefore allows the engine potential to be used fully, improves fuel economy and increases the efficiency of the motor-cultivator. The DTZ 570BN-K is supplied with 4.00-10 wheels and an 8-section rotary tiller with a maximum working width of 1140 mm. Plant protection discs are also included in the set. In addition, the center of gravity of the DTZ 570BN-K is located slightly lower than in belt-driven motor-cultivators, which improves stability and reduces vibrations during tiller operation. There is no need to constantly monitor the condition and tension of drive belts. And thanks to the normally open type clutch and the choice of reverse gear as a separate gear in the gearbox, the safety of operation remains at the same high level as in a belt-driven motor-cultivator. All DTZ motor-cultivators come with a 2-year warranty.
