Description of the DTZ 510DNE - K motor-cultivator (wheels 4.00-10) To facilitate engine start, the diesel motor-cultivator DTZ 510DN-K is also manufactured in a modification with an electric starter; this model is named DTZ 510DNE-K. In terms of build quality and technical characteristics the DTZ 510DNE-K is identical to the DTZ 510DN-K model: it uses a diesel engine with 10 hp, direct drive to the gearbox, a safe normally-open multi-plate clutch, and a high-efficiency air filter with a transparent cyclone. DTZ-K motor-cultivators are equipped with a new type of gearbox. Main advantages of the new gearbox: a separate reverse gear/reverser in the gearbox (easier to control which gear is engaged); reduced rotation speed of 1st gear (better and more precise work with mounted equipment); a removable rear housing cover; reinforced mounting for active mounted equipment; a visual oil level sensor for monitoring oil level in the gearbox. The set includes 4.00-10 wheels and an 8-section rotary tiller with a maximum working width of 1140 mm. The transport wheels have overrun unlockers that significantly ease turning and maneuvering the motor-cultivator. The presence of an electric starter noticeably increases the comfort of operating the motor-cultivator and facilitates engine start, which is especially noticeable in cold weather. A 2-year warranty is provided for all DTZ motor-cultivators.
