Description:

Repair kit for old-style water pumps of UMZ engines, installed on UAZ-462, 469, UAZ-3151 off-road vehicles, GAZ-69, PAZ gasoline buses, GAZ passenger and cargo cars, Balkankar forklifts, as well as on special equipment and units with these engines.

Pump with housing code 12-1307015-D is installed in GAZ-52, GAZ-21. Pumps 21-1307010-52, with a three-stud housing, were installed in UAZ with UMZ-414, 417, 451 engines. These water pumps are standardized by parts and installed in engines of early production years.

The oil seal is inserted into the impeller grooves and fixed with a retaining ring, then the impeller with the seal assembled is put onto the water pump shaft and fixed with a nut. The retaining ring of the seal is needed only for ease of assembly. If it is absent, the fiber is assembled on the shaft and pressed by the impeller, in which case it is necessary to align with the grooves.

The semi-pump impeller can be cast iron, carbolite, or plastic with a steel bushing, with the seal assembled or separately:
