Efficient mounted agricultural equipment - a conveyor potato digger for a mini tractor KTN 1-60 single-row belongs to the elevator-type product; the entire harvesting process is fully mechanized. The unit is ideal for agricultural work on medium and heavy soils; design features significantly reduce stress on transport and save fuel. To increase productivity, harvesting work should preferably be carried out on well-dried plots cleared of weeds.
This single-row conveyor KTN has a three-point hitch, connects to the rear power take-off (PTO), and is mounted on mini tractors and tractors with power from 22 to 35 horsepower. The device has three steel knives that undercut the soil together with the root crops and feed them onto the conveyor belt, where the potatoes are already freed from soil.
The special design of the working knives, which the single-row KTN potato digger for a mini tractor is equipped with at the front, makes it possible to dig potatoes more gently, almost without damaging the tubers, capturing only the necessary width of soil. Working capture width - 55 cm; adjustment of the share depth during digging is carried out by support wheels - the blade can sink to a maximum depth of 18 cm.
Loosening of the soil layer is achieved by compression and vibration of the conveyor belt; stones, adhered soil and fine soil fraction pass between the rods and the cleaned potatoes are laid in windrows on the field in the direction of the tractor's movement. The distance between the rods is 38 mm; the length of the single-row KTN conveyor is 110 cm. The stepped arrangement of the rods and the special shaking device equipped with elliptical sprockets greatly improve the quality of cleaning potato tubers.
