High-quality reliable three-body plow for the tractor PN-3-30 is ideally suited for deep plowing of plots of varying sizes, handles virgin soil well for sowing industrial and grain crops. It is distinguished by high productivity - up to 0.6 ha/h, provided it operates on fields without stones, flagstone and other types of contamination.
This moldboard plow PN-3-30 is attached to tractors that have a powerful engine - from 40 horsepower, and is fixed at the rear of the machine using a three-point hitch. Three working units (bodies) and a support wheel are mounted on a triangular metal frame. The support wheel post has a special handle that is controlled by a screw mechanism designed to adjust the plowing depth. Tall posts (60 cm) protect the device from clogging with plant residues and improve the quality of the work process. The working width of this model is 90 cm.
Effective deep incorporation of stubble residues and weeds by the 3-body plow for the PN-3-30 tractor is achieved thanks to the presence of three working bodies - well-sharpened shares cut the soil layer to the set depth and bring it to the surface, slightly shredding the plants and loosening the soil. The soil delivered to the moldboard is subject to active loosening, weeds and crop residues are finally crushed, the layer is turned over and laid in the furrow. The soil is enriched with moisture and oxygen, plants that have rotted over winter serve as excellent compost, increasing yields and reducing the number of weeds.
