High-performance unit - a vibrating two-row potato digger for the mini tractor KK20 specially designed for agricultural work harvesting potatoes and other root crops in fields with soils of varying difficulty, pre-cleared of weeds and tops. This mounted equipment is installed on mini tractors of the T-25 and T-40 types; the presence of two active blades and two sieves greatly increases productivity and allows saving specific fuel consumption.
This digger is attached to the mini tractor using a three-point hitch device, which is designed specifically for the above-mentioned types of tractors. The device is equipped with two-sided pins of different diameters; the upper part of the mount has two different holes.
A reliable steel frame made of profile pipe has increased strength, which is ensured by additional crossbars, reinforcements and braces, installed on frames with wall thickness of 2 mm and a 40x40 millimeter section.
The vibrating two-row potato digger for the mini tractor KK20 is brought into working condition as a result of transmitting torque to the unit from the power take-off (PTO) shaft of the agricultural vehicle via a cardan shaft. The original gearbox mounted on the frame of the structure drives two vibrating blades and two sieve gratings.
The blades capture a wide layer of soil together with potatoes, plunging to the set depth and delivering it to the vibrating sieves, where the tubers are freed from soil and dropped onto the surface of the ridges. This digger for the mini tractor has a convenient depth adjustment function due to the hitch system and support wheels. The bolted connection that fastens the support wheels allows changing the height of their placement, thereby changing the angle of attack.
