Feed crusher DTZ KR-20S is a universal high-performance unit designed for grinding feed of plant and animal origin. With this unit you can quickly and effectively grind root crops, corn cobs, vegetables and fruits, grains, plant stalks, fish. Crushed feed is better digested and absorbed, which in turn shortens livestock fattening periods, saves feed and reduces animal morbidity. Features of the DTZ KR-20S feed crusher: 1. A single-phase electric motor with a power of 3 kW provides high productivity: grains - up to 600 kg/h, corn cobs - 210 kg/h, vegetables and fruits - 260 kg/h, plant stalks - 160 kg/h. 2. The motor winding is made of copper wire, which significantly extends service life and increases reliability. 3. Large metal loading hoppers allow filling a sufficient amount of material to be ground and, if necessary, have the possibility to "grow" the sides. 4. The feed crusher is mounted on a metal frame. 5. The belt drive system, in case of clogging of the grinding chamber, protects the electric motor from jamming and operates as a safety device. 6. For guaranteed safety, the belt drive is covered with a protective casing. 7. The working element is made of four sections of nine saw-toothed hammers 2.6 mm thick, arranged in a staggered order. 8. The design of the feed crusher provides the possibility of attaching a bag for collecting crushed feed, which significantly reduces time costs and facilitates work.
