The winnower - grain calibrator is designed for cleaning and calibrating grain with granularity from 0.8 to 15 mm, regardless of the degree of moisture and contamination of the grain. It sifts and calibrates the following crops: mustard, millet, sunflower, buckwheat, oats, barley, wheat, soy, peas, corn, beans, broad beans.... When ordering the calibrator it is not necessary to specify which crop you will mainly use since this calibrator is suitable for practically any crops. Our customers even use it for calibrating dry and fresh blueberries, bilberries, etc.
Raw material is fed down from the hopper and calibrated under the action of an air stream. Before this, between the hopper and the sieves there is a fan that with an air flow sieves out dust and fine particles, and debris. The air flow can be adjusted with dampers. The air flow is individually adjusted for each crop. Calibration also contributes to the removal of excess moisture from the raw material. The design is reliable, proven over time. In this type of winnower sieves are not used. The directed, adjustable air flow allows separating grains into three fractions. Ideal for household use, mini-farms, etc. Calibrator with blowing is designed to operate outdoors or in a covered room, hangar. The fan can be used for seed material for calibrating and washing seed material from weeds.
At the outlet we obtain three fractions: 1. Clean full dry seeds for sowing; 2. Crushed halves (non-conforming); 3. Weeds, debris, (chaff).
