Machine for plucking chickens, broilers, ducks SO-400K - specialized equipment designed for rapid plucking of domestic poultry weighing up to 5 kg. It features high productivity and processes from 110 to 150 carcasses of chickens, broilers or ducks per hour. The percentage of feather removal from each unit is 90 - 98%.
This plucking machine SO-400K is equipped with a high centrifuge 40 cm in diameter made of food-grade stainless steel, with rubber plucker fingers (76 pcs.) on the entire inner side. The plucker fingers are made of elastic rubber and have a ribbed surface, which significantly facilitates removal of wet feathers from the carcass. Water for wetting the plumage of the processed poultry is supplied to the drum automatically via a rubber hose by a special pump installed in a square sturdy housing.
The plucker for chickens, broilers, ducks SO-400K is connected to a standard household voltage of 220 V. An electric motor with a power of 750 W, located inside the housing, causes active rotation of the drum; the ribbed plucker fingers, in 10 - 20 seconds, practically completely remove the plumage from the wet carcass. Under the action of a strong jet of water, the feathers are washed to the bottom of the drum, collected by a special plastic flap and discharged outside through a side drain hole. To turn the device on, a control panel with on/off buttons is installed on the housing.
