Feed grinder DTZ KR-20S — a universal high-performance unit designed for grinding feeds of plant and animal origin. With this unit you can quickly and efficiently grind root crops, corn cobs, vegetables and fruits, cereals, plant stalks, and fish. Ground feed is better digested and assimilated, which in turn shortens animal fattening periods, saves feed and reduces animal morbidity. Features of the DTZ KR-20S feed grinder: 1. A single-phase electric motor with a power of 3 kW provides high productivity: cereals - up to 600 kg/h; corn cobs - 210 kg/h; vegetables and fruits - 260 kg/h; plant stalks - 160 kg/h. 2. The motor winding is made of copper wire, which significantly extends service life and increases reliability. 3. Large metal loading hoppers allow loading a sufficient amount of material to be ground and, if necessary, have the ability to "extend" the sides. 4. The grinder is mounted on a metal frame. 5. The belt drive system protects the electric motor from seizing in case the grinding chamber becomes clogged and acts as a safety device. 6. For safety assurance, the belt drive is covered with a protective casing. 7. The working unit is made of four sections with nine saw-like hammers each, 2.6 mm thick, arranged in a staggered order. 8. The design of the feed grinder provides the possibility of attaching a bag for collecting ground feed, which significantly reduces time costs and facilitates work.
