Universal high-performance feed grinder DTZ KR-20S is ideally suited for processing almost all types of cereal crops, vegetables, fruits, corn cobs and stalk crops.
The original design allows this grain crusher DKU to be used to prepare feed mixes and compost at home. The unit does not require a special stand, as it has a sturdy frame made of metal angles, therefore this universal feed crusher can easily be moved to any convenient place.
A single-phase motor with a power of 3 kW and a rotation speed of 2800 rpm is powered from a standard 220 V mains. The cutting elements of the hopper of the household grain crusher DKU are driven by a belt drive, covered with a special protective casing.
The hammer system with which the feed crusher is equipped is universal and consists of four rows, each with 9 blades made of heat-treated steel. The hammers are sharpened on both sides and have a saw-like shape, which contributes to higher-quality processing of raw materials and increases productivity. This feed grinder DKU grinds up to 600 kg of grain per hour, 210 kg of corn cobs, 260 kg of vegetables and fruits and up to 160 kg of stalk crops.
The volume of the DKU grain crusher hopper can be increased if necessary by adding additional "sides" made of sheet metal. A roomy bucket for cereals is located on top of the hopper, and a special compartment to which vegetables, fruits and plant stalks are fed for processing is attached to the side. Ground grain is discharged from the lower part of the hopper through a special opening, and processed vegetable and plant mass is collected in a bag that is attached to the end of the casing or another suitable container.
In the configuration, the DTZ KR-20S feed grinder includes five interchangeable screens with an anti-corrosion coating to obtain fractions of 1-2-3-4-5 mm.
