Purpose and conditions of use of the garlic planter CHS19
The mounted garlic planter is intended for planting garlic cloves, single-tooth garlic and onion sets on pre-tilled and prepared soils, with soil moisture not exceeding 30%. For planting, calibrated planting material sized 15-35 mm must be used.
Design features of the garlic planter CHS19
The hopper capacity for planting material is 10 liters. Drive of the dosing mechanism from the support-drive wheel. Planting spacing in the row: 110 mm, 125 mm, 140 mm, adjustable by changing the gear ratio on the chain gearbox of the garlic planter. A tensioner is used to compensate for chain length. The coulter and furrow closers are adjustable, planting depth – 60-80 mm. A row marker is used for marking and aligning rows.
