For full-scale field crop treatment it is very important to have specialized quality equipment, and in this case the mounted tractor sprayer Wirax 600 liters is truly a reliable helper for both novice farmers and experienced landowners.
The large tank volume is designed for 600 liters of liquid, which allows spraying of cultivated areas for a fairly long time without stopping to refuel. The tank is made of high-strength polyethylene, characterized by increased resistance to mechanical loads, does not react with aggressive chemicals, and withstands significant temperature fluctuations.
Even distribution of components in the solution is ensured by a double mixing system, and the reinforced rubber hoses have high strength and resistance to chemical environments.
The field sprayer Wirax is fitted with a 12-meter boom, which provides a wide working width, treating a larger sowing area in one pass. The boom is reinforced with bent profile tubes and has a manual mechanical winch, which contributes to quality spraying of plants of various heights - from 0.5 m to 1.5 m. Metal parts are treated with a special anti-corrosion powder coating.
The single-position nozzles installed on the mounted tractor sprayer Wirax 600 liters create an even soft spray of the liquid; if desired they can be replaced with three-position ones with a function for targeted basal application of fertilizers. The presence of a four-stage filtration system prevents clogging of the pump and nozzles by small particles during field work. Special mesh filters are additionally installed on the nozzles themselves.
This sprayer for the Wirax tractor is equipped with a powerful diaphragm-piston type pump, the pump capacity is 120 l/min. The reliable stable construction is ideally suited for coupling with tractors with 40 horsepower.
A small tank with clean water is provided for washing hands after working with chemicals.
