High yields are impossible without full feeding of crops and timely destruction of pests and weeds. The Polmark 600-litre tractor-mounted sprayer is ideally suited for agricultural work on medium and large areas, especially on fields with hilly uneven terrain, and pairs well with tractors or mini-tractors with power from 40 to 45 horsepower.
This Polmark field tractor sprayer is equipped with a 14-metre boom, which allows covering a wide strip of sowing area in one pass, evenly treating crops with pesticides or liquid fertilizers. The boom is fitted with 28 single nozzles with shut-offs that perform gentle atomization of solutions.
Boom adjustment is done manually using a mechanical winch, allowing quality treatment of plants of varying heights. For improved watering, the single nozzles can be replaced with triple ones with an additional spot fertilization function. An effective four-stage cleaning system is provided - filler neck sieve, mesh filters on the nozzles and a distributor filter.
The mounted Polmark 600-litre tractor sprayer is fitted with a Tolveri diaphragm-piston pump that features excellent performance - 120 l/min, and the large tank can hold up to 600 litres of liquid, making it possible to spray for a long time without stops.
The tank is made of durable polyethylene; the capacity is resistant to aggressive chemical environments, temperature fluctuations and ultraviolet radiation. All rubber hoses have a reinforced base that is resistant to chemical solutions and mechanical loads.
The Polmark tractor-mounted sprayer is equipped with a high-precision glycerin pressure gauge. Even distribution of components inside the tank is ensured by a mixer with a double mixing system. The boom is reinforced with a bent profile tube. All metal elements are treated with a special powder anti-corrosion coating.
