Convenient, easy-to-use Polish mounted field sprayer for a tractor Wirax 200 liters with a 6-meter boom, ideally suited for enriching soil with liquid fertilizers and treating plants with pesticides, especially on areas with uneven hilly terrain.
This field sprayer, commonly called a "kropilka", is equipped with a powerful pump with high output up to 120 L/min and a spacious tank with a volume of 200 liters, which allows treating more than 8 hectares of sowing area in one hour. The device has a stable construction, is excellent for coupling with light tractors and mini tractors, and contributes to increasing the tractor's working speed to 12 km/h.
The kit may include single or triple nozzles. The single nozzles installed here provide even soft spraying, which is more suitable for blanket soil treatment. Triple nozzles can be used for fine atomization as well as for targeted irrigation and root application of fertilizers.
At the outlet of the "kropilka" tank there is a fine filter that reliably protects against clogging by small particles. All nozzles have special mesh filters, and an additional four-stage filtration system for the working solution extends the service life of the pump and nozzles.
The frame rigidity is reinforced thanks to a bent profile tube with a thickness of 3 mm; additionally the tractor-mounted sprayer Wirax 200 liters is equipped with a mechanical winch that conveniently adjusts the height of the booms. For even liquid distribution and to prevent wing deformation during oscillation, the booms are equipped with damping springs.
Solution supply is regulated by a special control system that allows setting the required spraying intensity or shutting off some sections during spraying. The control panel is located so that the driver can monitor the operation without leaving the cab.
This model sprayer — the "kropilka" — has an additional tank with clean water intended for washing hands after working with agrochemicals.
