Modern productive mounted tractor sprayer Wirax 800 liters (14 m boom, stabilizer) is successfully used for treating large sowing areas with chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Designed to work with equipment of 60 horsepower and above, it is equipped with a reinforced frame made of bent steel profile with a three-point hitch. Thanks to the floating mechanism, the unit operates highly efficiently on any fields, including areas with uneven terrain.
Due to the large wingspan, the mini-tractor sprayer sprays solutions in a continuous strip up to 14 m wide in a single pass. The durable polyethylene tank with a capacity of 800 L is equipped with a double mixing system - for liquid and dry fertilizers. The solution, through reinforced hoses, is supplied to single nozzles with diffusers mounted on a long foldable boom. Fertilizer supply is regulated by a four-position distributor with separate engagement levers - for the central, left and right parts of the boom, and the top mixer.
To switch operating modes (spraying or mixing), the mounted tractor sprayer Wirax 800 liters (14 m boom, stabilizer) is provided with a special handle; a glycerine pressure gauge mounted on the frame next to the distribution hoses is responsible for pressure control in the system. The tank wall has a measuring scale that shows the level of solution in the container, and a plastic water tank for washing hands.
Nozzles are reliably protected from clogging by small fractions by a four-stage filtration system. The powerful Tolveri pump installed on the mounted tractor sprayer Wirax 800 liters (14 m boom, stabilizer) is distinguished by high performance - 120 L/min, processing up to 8 hectares of sowing area per hour.
