Field boom-mounted Polish sprayer for tractor Jar Met 600 L is used for surface application of liquid mineral or organic fertilizers that improve the growth and ripening of any types of agricultural crops, and for treatment of growing crops with various chemical solutions that protect against diseases and pests — toxic chemicals, pesticides, herbicides. The equipment is mounted on machinery with power from 40 horsepower using rear three-point linkage.
This mounted boom sprayer Jar Met 600 L is intended for performing large working volumes, equipped with a capacious tank (600 liters) made of durable high-quality polyethylene, resistant to aggressive chemical environments, mechanical loads, and temperature fluctuations in the range from -40°C to +60°C. The tank is mounted on a reinforced welded bent frame made of profile tubes; inside the tank a hydraulic agitator is installed, which ensures a stable concentration of the solution throughout the working process. In the lower part of the frame, under the tank, there is a diaphragm-piston pump Tolveri, which pumps the solution into the distribution system. The pump connects to the tractor PTO and operates with a maximum capacity up to 120 L/min.
The spray system installed on the field mounted boom sprayer for tractor Jar Met 600 L consists of flexible reinforced hoses with single nozzles, mounted on folding metal booms 14 meters long. For precise regulation of liquid supply through the system a special four-position distributor is provided, which is responsible for metered delivery of solutions to the left and right wings and the central part.
To control the pressure level the field boom sprayer Jar Met 600 L is equipped with a high-precision glycerin pressure gauge; switching the system from spray mode to mixing mode is performed by a special control lever. Installed four-stage filtration prevents clogging of the spray system at all stages of solution supply. Boom height is adjusted using a manual mechanical winch, which allows positioning the wings at the level of 0.6 – 1.6 m relative to the field surface. Additionally, a small plastic hand-wash basin is attached to the tank.
