The Polish sprayer for mini tractor Polmark 250 liters is designed for treating medium and large sowing areas - surface application into the soil of liquid mineral and organic fertilizers, irrigation of planted crops with herbicides and other chemical protective solutions. The equipment is mounted on machinery with power from 25 horsepower, connected to the tractor by a rear reinforced three-point hitch with double-sided pins. A large plastic tank with a volume of 250 liters is mounted on a sturdy profiled frame; the tank interior is equipped with a double mixing system - a mixer at the bottom of the tank and a special sieve at the top for dry fertilizers.
The spraying system installed on the Polmark 250 liter sprayer consists of foldable two-section profiled booms (length 8 m), rubber reinforced hoses, sixteen single nozzles mounted on the hoses at 50 cm intervals. Delivery of solutions from the tank to the system is provided by a four-position distributor mounted on the front part of the frame. Using four convenient levers, separate regulation of liquid supply to the central section, left and right booms and to the tank’s top mixer is performed. Switching the system from spray mode to mixing mode is done by an additional control lever located next to the high-precision glycerin pressure gauge.
To pump liquid from the tank to the distribution hoses, a cast-iron diaphragm-piston pump of the Tolveri brand is mounted on the Polish sprayer for mini tractor Polmark 250 liters, with a capacity of up to 120 l/min. Boom height is adjusted by a manual mechanical winch, which allows easy setup of the unit for treating low or tall plants. Installed single-position nozzles with a side cut-off provide uniform continuous spraying of mineral substances across the entire surface of the sowing areas. The presence of a four-stage filtration system prevents clogging of the pump and sprayers, significantly increasing the service life of the equipment. All metal elements of the structure are protected with an anti-corrosion powder coating.
