Reliable functional tractor-mounted sprayer Polmark 1000 liters (boom 16 meters, stabilizer) is designed for high operational loads, intended for spraying mineral fertilizers and pesticides in the form of liquid solutions. In a single pass it can treat an area up to 16 meters wide, evenly distributing substances across the field surface.
The large tank installed on the mounted sprayer has a double mixing system for liquid and dry compositions, which allows obtaining a quality solution of uniform consistency. The multi-section foldable boom is equipped with rubber reinforced hoses with single nozzles that perform gentle atomization of substances in a continuous strip. A special four-position distributor regulates the operation of each of the sections and is responsible for supplying water to the tank’s upper mixer.
The presence of damper springs on the wings of the unit protects the boom from deformation and ensures even supply of the solution throughout the system. A special lever switches the Polmark 1000 liter tractor-mounted sprayer to a specific operating mode - mixing or spraying the liquid. Next to the lever is a glycerin pressure gauge that shows the pressure level in the system at the given working moment with high accuracy.
The sprayer is attached to a tractor with 80-90 horsepower, using a three-point rear hitch. A diaphragm-piston pump Tolveri is installed in the lower part of the frame, supplying the solution from the tank through rubber hoses to the nozzles, with a capacity of 120 l/min. To prevent clogging of elements by fine fractions that did not dissolve, the unit is equipped with a four-stage filtration system. The required distance from the boom to the field surface within 0.5 - 1.5 m is adjusted by a manual mechanical winch. The set includes a small plastic hand wash basin.
