Practical specialized equipment for surface spraying of liquid mineral fertilizers and pesticides - mounted tractor sprayer Wirax 800 liters (boom 14 meters) is effectively used on large sowing areas for treating various crops.
The mounted tractor sprayer is installed on a reinforced rounded frame made of metal profile, coated with anti-corrosion powder paint, and is attached by a three-point linkage to the rear of a tractor with power from 60 horsepower. The capacity of the plastic tank is 800 l; the container has high resistance to aggressive chemical environments and temperature fluctuations. The tank has two mixers: at the bottom - for liquid fertilizers, at the top - a sieve with a sprinkler for mixing dry mineral substances. To monitor the liquid level, a measuring scale with a transparent hose is provided on the tank wall.
This mounted tractor sprayer Wirax 800 liters is equipped with folding wings with a span of 14 meters, on which single nozzles with shut-off valves are mounted, providing gentle irrigation of a large field area in one pass. The height of the unit is adjusted manually using a steel winch, which allows setting the booms at a distance of 0.5 - 1.5 m from the field surface, effectively treating plants of different heights.
The sprayer is equipped with a powerful Tolveri pump with a capacity of 120 l/min. A four-position distributor with control handles mounted on the frame is responsible for operating the nozzles in the right, left, central parts and the upper mixer. A separate regulator is provided for switching operating modes - spraying and mixing. The unit is reliably protected from clogging by a four-stage cleaning system. Pressure monitoring is carried out through a glycerin-filled pressure gauge installed next to the distribution hoses. Additionally, the device is equipped with a small plastic washbasin.
Important advantages of the mounted tractor sprayer Wirax 800 liters (boom 14 meters):

Large plastic tank.
Two mixers.
Effective multi-stage filtration.
