The modern mounted boom sprayer for a tractor, Wirax 600 liters, is designed for applying liquid fertilizers and intensive spraying of field crops with pesticides. The boom working width of 14 meters allows covering a large sowing area in one pass, spraying the liquid in a continuous strip across the full width of the wings.
The boom is equipped with single nozzles for gentle, even atomization, which can be replaced with triple nozzles with a spot-watering function. A floating mechanism is provided to stabilize the structure and improve the quality of the working process.
Thanks to a well-stabilized center of gravity, this mounted tractor sprayer is ideal for work on fields with uneven terrain, providing uniform, steady spraying of liquid solutions even on hilly plots.
The wings are adjusted using a manual mechanical winch, allowing fertilization of plants with heights from 0.5 m to 1.5 m. A special powder anti-corrosion coating reliably protects all metal elements from rust and damage.
The powerful diaphragm-piston pump installed on the mounted Wirax 600 liter tractor sprayer is characterized by high performance up to 120 liters per minute; reinforced rubber hoses can withstand severe mechanical loads and have excellent resistance to aggressive chemical environments. The presence of a four-stage filtration system prevents clogging of the pump and nozzles by small particles; additionally, each nozzle has special mesh filters.
The mounted tractor sprayer is equipped with a 600-liter tank — this amount is sufficient for long continuous operation without stops. The tank is made of high-strength polyethylene, has excellent impact resistance, does not react with chemicals, and tolerates temperature fluctuations well. A double mixing system and a mixer located inside the tank are responsible for uniform distribution of chemical components and liquid.
