Oversized functional single-furrow plow for walk-behind tractor PL10 is equipped with an adjustable shortened frame with a single-point hitch. This agricultural implement is intended to be mounted on motorized agricultural equipment with a water cooling system, power from 6 horsepower. The frame design has its own features — made in the shape of a movable parallelogram, which allows changing the position of the body relative to the equipment axis using the adjustment rod without changing its angular position.
To set the transverse position of the body, this single-furrow moldboard plow has special rear slots on the frame; the angle of attack is changed by a screw connected to the axle on which the body is mounted. The share, of curved shape made from heat-treated steel, is fixed to the body with three bolt connections and is of a removable type, while the moldboard is firmly welded to the base. Below is a landside that controls the direction of the unit relative to the track during tillage operations.
The working process of the single-furrow plow for walk-behind tractor PL10 operates on the standard principle — the share cuts the soil layer to the set depth (up to 20 cm) and delivers the soil onto the wing of the moldboard, where it is thoroughly crumbled, and plant residues are well shredded. Thus, deep burial of vegetation left after harvesting occurs, which leads to enriching the soil with beneficial substances and positively affects future yields. Maximum working width — 20 cm. Working depth is controlled by a support wheel.
