The spring pre-sowing cultivator for a walk-behind tractor with roller KN-1P has a strong welded frame structure designed for increased working loads, equipped with a packing drum and eleven spring tines. The unit is highly maneuverable and can be used to cultivate small and medium land plots with any soils.
The working tools are arranged on two transverse profile tubes; the tines are attached to the frames using adjustable U-bolt fastenings with bolts, so the elements can be easily removed, moved along the frame and replaced with new ones. In one pass the pre-sowing spring cultivator KN-1P cultivates an area 1 m wide, showing maximum productivity up to 0.3 ha/h.
The spring pre-sowing cultivator with roller KN-1P is mounted to a walk-behind tractor of at least 8 horsepower using a single-point hitch. The heavy roller is attached to a bracket at the rear of the frame using a special screw connection with a depth adjustment function - up to 6 cm. The packing drum crushes large soil fractions, levels the sowing surface and compacts the soil.
