Mounted three-furrow plow Bomet 3-20 for the T-40 tractor and its analogues is designed for serious working loads, perfectly suited for tillage on fields not littered with stones and flagstone, with soils of any complexity. It is characterized by high productivity - up to 0.5 ha/h, at a working transport speed up to 12 km/h.
The three-furrow plow is paired with mini-tractors with an engine power of at least 25 horsepower, attaching by the rear three-point hitch. A lever located on the mount allows changing the position of the device relative to the agricultural machine. In this case, the furrow plowing begins directly from the tractor wheels, which is especially important for deep cultivation of a dense soil layer.
This Bomet Polish plow 3-20 is equipped with three mouldboards with ergonomically shaped shares. The elongated sharpened nose allows penetration into the ground up to 30 cm, feeding the furrow slice onto the wings equipped with angle-cutters - special additional elements for cutting the top layer of soil with crop residues and weeds. The lifted top layer is laid on the bottom of the furrow and covered with loosened soil turned onto the wing. Thus, deep incorporation of crop residues and weeds occurs, enriching the soil with moisture and oxygen. Vegetation that has rotted during the winter period serves as excellent compost and contributes to increased yields.
Plowing depth is easily adjusted by a special screw handle mounted on the support wheel strut provided with the mounted plow. The three bodies have a total working width - 60 cm. The strut heights - 550 mm are quite sufficient to prevent clogging of the unit with plant residues.
