ALL-WHEEL-DRIVE TRACTOR SHIFENG 244BF: WHO WILL THIS SEND TO RETIREMENT — THE PASOVA 24? When daily work on the land turns into pure exhaustion, a two-wheel walk-behind tractor literally tears your hands out, and a motor-tractor can only helplessly rip and spin in place. All that pain is instantly broken by the belt-driven SHIFENG 244BF tractor: it gives full control over the plot, handling heavy farm tasks for perfectly reasonable money. ENGINE An electric starter is installed for easy starting. A reliable single-cylinder diesel (SF138-2) runs at a nominal 2200 rpm, and the main feature of the model is a forward-mounted automotive-type radiator with forced circulation. The 9-liter fuel tank capacity is quite enough for prolonged work given the fuel economy. Air cleanliness is handled by a proven and inexpensive-to-service oil filter. TRANSMISSION AND CHASSIS A strong load-bearing beam easily endures working loads, and the spring suspension on the front axle guarantees smooth damping. Thanks to additional front and rear ballast, the tractor weight reaches 1305 kg, and the traction force is 5.6 kN, not yielding to 3-cylinder counterparts. Power to the gearbox is transmitted by four belts, and the front axle is engaged via a driveshaft. The gearbox works on the (4+1) formula in two ranges. THREE-POINT HITCH A full 3-point hitch system with strong lower links, an adjustable central screw, stays and turnbuckles confidently withstands loads up to 300 kg. Hydraulic stability is guaranteed by a separate 3.2 L tank. For working with active implements there is a 6-spline PTO shaft operating at 540 rpm. Directly beneath it is a towing device for transport tasks. COMFORT AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT Driver’s seat with suspension. To reach the toolbox, just turn to the right — it is placed on the fender, and next to it is an additional rear light. The steering wheel is equipped with a quick-turn handle; on the steering column to the right are the ignition lock and an automotive light switch. The instrument panel consists of separate gauges. Visibility is improved by large mirrors on rigid brackets. Now the master in the field is you, not the circumstances. The SHIFENG 244BF simply goes to work and does its job while others look for excuses. No compromises and no lost days: sit down, in a few hours you’ve worked the plot and closed the issue without extra nerves.
