Description of the electro-cultivator Kentavr KE 2000-R. Garden and vegetable electro-cultivator KE2000-R is a new model in the "KENTAVR" line of cultivators, designed for quick and efficient loosening of soil on plots up to 5 sotkas, as well as on beds, flowerbeds, in gardens and vineyards. The electro-cultivator is equipped with a 3-section rotary tiller with a cultivation width of 200/350/430 mm, which allows soil to be loosened with maximum precision and neatness next to tree trunks, bushes or other plantings, as well as near fences, curbs, around posts, decorative park structures and rock gardens. Thanks to a reliable electric motor with a power of 2 kW, the cultivator is capable of effectively loosening soil in one, two or three passes to a depth of up to 230 mm, even on fairly dense soils. The electro-cultivator is driven by a V-belt drive with a controlled pressure roller. The belt drive serves simultaneously as the power transmission, clutch and a protective safety element. If during operation the tiller suddenly jams on a stone or stick, the belt drive will absorb the impact and prevent damage to the motor and gearbox. The drive and driven pulleys, as well as the pressure roller, are not plastic but metal, therefore they have a long service life. The V-belt has high traction characteristics. For safety and dirt protection the entire belt drive is reliably covered by a casing. The rotary tiller consists of four blade-shaped knives in each section. The knives are made of structural sheet steel. The spiral arrangement of the knives reduces vibration and provides even load distribution on the gearbox. The cutter formula (1+1+1) on each side allows you to select the required cultivation width as precisely as possible for a wide variety of crops.
