Compressor 5320-3509015-10, KamAZ engine – 1 pc.

Description of the assembly:

Two-cylinder compressors 5320-3509015-10 are installed on old-model KamAZ engines. These engines are installed in vehicles: KamAZ 4310, 5320, 53212, 5410, 54112, 5511, 55102.

The compressor is equipped with a liquid (water) cooled head 5320-2509039 assembled, with spring valves and a cylinder block 5320-3509030, cooled by the airflow generated by the fan drive impeller, passing through the radiator and through the ribbing of the cylinder block.

The cylinder head is the same one that is installed on the ZIL compressor, therefore it is interchangeable. However, the cylinder blocks and crankcases of the ZIL and old-model KamAZ compressors are different.

Other areas of application:

Due to the gear drive and the specific crankcase, this compressor did not become widespread among garage craftsmen. Therefore, the crankcase for this compressor is somewhat harder to find than for the ZIL compressor.
