Polish two-disc hydraulic fertilizer spreader Jar-Met 1000 is mounted on tractors with power from 60 horsepower using a three-point hitch. The unit is driven by the PTO; the recommended vehicle speed for better performance is 4-13 km/h. The sturdy metal frame has high resistance to mechanical loads; the 1000-liter hopper capacity is sufficient for efficient spreading of loose and granulated mineral fertilizers over large sowing areas.
Fertilizer supply to the seeding mechanisms is carried out through openings in the bottom of the hopper; additionally, the hydraulic Jar-Met RMD 1000 spreader is equipped with special agitators inside the tank for even feeding of mineral substances to the discs. Fertilizer dosing is controlled by a hydraulic control system — the opening and closing of the shutters occurs independently of each other, which allows distribution of mineral substances with maximum accuracy, taking into account the features of the area to be processed.
This Polish hydraulic fertilizer spreader Jar-Met 1000 is equipped with two disc mechanisms, each fitted with two pairs of blades — this allows dispersing mineral compounds at a distance of 12 to 24 meters, covering a larger area in one tractor pass. To change the working width it is enough to fix the blades at the required angle using additional holes on the disc.
