The Polish boom sprayer for tractors, mounted Polmark 300 liters, is designed for effective treatment of seed areas with liquid fertilizers and pesticides.
The working width is ten meters - this allows spraying chemical solutions in a wide continuous strip in one pass. The device pairs well with light tractors up to 25 horsepower and is well suited for work on uneven surfaces.
The capacious tank is made of high-quality polyethylene, resistant to sharp temperature changes, has high strength and is not susceptible to chemicals. The tank volume is 300 liters, therefore this mounted tractor sprayer can be used for a long time without stopping.
For even mixing of active chemical components and water, the tank has a double mixing system installed inside the mixer vessel, which provides a homogeneous consistency of the working fluid.
This mounted tractor sprayer Polmark 300 liters is equipped with a Tolveri diaphragm-piston type pump with a capacity of up to 120 l/min and single slit nozzles, which, if necessary, are easily replaced with three-position ones. A four-stage filter system protects against clogging by solid particles, and a distributor with a self-cleaning filter provides high-quality uninterrupted spraying of crops.
The boom has reinforced stiffness due to additionally installed bent profile tubes; reinforced rubber hoses have increased strength and resistance to chemical solutions. A mechanical winch allows spraying plants of different heights.
All metal elements are protected by a special anti-corrosion powder coating. The sprayer for the mini tractor of this model is equipped with a glycerin-filled pressure gauge, which guarantees high accuracy of all necessary measurements.
Specialized auxiliary equipment intended for treatment of various types of agricultural crops with pesticide solutions or surface spraying of liquid mineral fertilizers - the boom mounted sprayer, has good functionality and successfully operates on any terrain, including plots with uneven complex relief.
The equipment is supplied with tanks with volumes of 200, 300, 400, 600, 800, 1000 l. Sprayers with tanks of 600 - 1000 l are equipped with small plastic hand-wash basins; on units with capacities of 200 - 400 l a washbasin can be installed additionally, at the customer's request.
The distribution system of the mounted sprayer consists of metal booms with rubber hoses and spray nozzles that unfold to a certain width (depending on the modification). If necessary, the wing length can be increased by installing additional sections.
To increase the efficiency of treating areas with uneven surfaces, the booms can be equipped with a special stabilizing device that allows accurate copying of the terrain relief. The height of the field booms is adjusted using a manual mechanical winch, providing maximum irrigation of vegetation of any height.
The solution is pumped from the tank using a cast-iron diaphragm-piston Tad-Len pump (capacity 100 l/min) or a cast-iron-plastic Tolvery pump (capacity 120 l/min). Liquid fertilizers are delivered through distribution hoses to the spray nozzles - the sprayer can be equipped with standard single-position nozzles or three-position nozzles, with the ability to switch to the required mode without replacing the sprayers.
