The JarMet mounted fertilizer spreader for a mini tractor 200L JarMet (plastic) is designed for even surface application of solid bulk mineral fertilizers in strictly dosed quantities, which prevents accumulation of excess mineral substances in the soil and favorably affects the growth and development of agricultural crops. It can also be used to spread sand on icy areas during the winter period.
The JarMet automatic spreader is mounted on a mini tractor with at least 18 horsepower using a three-point rear hitch with double-sided pins. The capacious plastic hopper (200 L capacity) is fixed on a reinforced bent frame made of round profile tubes. In the lower part, under the hopper, there is a galvanized disc with four spreading blades, and there is a special metal agitator at the bottom of the hopper. The required force is transmitted to the working mechanism from the tractor PTO through an angle gearbox and a driveshaft, starting the rotation of the disc and the agitator.
Mineral fertilizers are fed to the spreading disc through two openings at the bottom of the container — the accuracy of substance dosing is regulated by two sluices with a long lever for manual control. The working width is adjusted by repositioning the angle of the spreading blades on the disc.
