The fertilizer spreader for tractor 500 L Jar-Met (plastic) is designed for mechanized treatment of large areas - uniform application of bulk and fine-granulated mineral substances over the entire field surface, in precisely set dosed quantities. It has large loading volumes - up to 500 L, and can operate for long periods without stops.
The Jar-Met 500 L spreader is attached to mini tractors with at least 25 horsepower via a rear three-point hitch. The unit is secured with strong bolted connections on a bent reinforced frame made of round profile tubes. The receiving hopper is made of quality plastic, with high resistance to mechanical loads and aggressive chemical compositions. Under the funnel is installed the main working assembly - a galvanized disc and four spreading blades. Inside the hopper there are two openings and a metal agitator. The spreading mechanism is connected via a driveshaft and an angle gearbox to the PTO of the vehicle used.
The amount of mineral substances delivered to the fertilizer spreader for tractor 500 L Jar-Met (plastic) is regulated by a special dosing device - two steel shutters with a manual control lever that controls the supply of fertilizer to the working mechanism. To set the required working width it is necessary to change the angle of the spreading blades on the disc - the possible spreading range is from 8 to 24 meters.
