Fertilizer hopper for mini tractor, mounted Jar-Met 300 L is used for automatic metered distribution of dry bulk or fine-granulated mineral fertilizers, evenly across the entire sowing area. The adjustable amount of material spread allows avoiding excessive accumulation or shortage of fertilizer in the soil. The device can be used in municipal services for road protection in winter — spreading sand on the carriageway and sidewalks.
Equipped fertilizer hopper Jar-Met 300 L has a large conical hopper made of durable plastic, resistant to mechanical loads and aggressive chemical environments. The hopper is fastened with bolted connections to a bent profile frame; there are marks on the body to monitor the number of loaded kilograms. At the bottom of the tank there is a small metal agitator; the spreading mechanism (galvanized disc with 4 blades) is installed directly under the hopper. Rotation of the disc and agitator is driven by an angle gearbox and a driveshaft connected to the PTO of the equipment used.
The fertilizer hopper for mini tractor, mounted Jar-Met 300 L is attached to tractors with power from 20 horsepower using the rear three-point hitch. Precise dosing of mineral materials delivered to the rotating disc is controlled by two metal flaps via a control lever that closes or opens special holes at the bottom of the hopper. The required spreading width is set by changing the angle of the spreading blades, which distribute within a range of 8 to 24 meters.
