Description:

Repair kit for pump A-41, A-01 and water pump D-442 with codes 01-13s3-1G, 01-13s3-2G and housing 03-1301-2. This housing is cast for installation of the 01-13S9 seal of the new model.

The seal of the A-41 water pump of the new model consists of a spring, several sleeves and a sealing washer enclosed in a single steel, bimetallic or brass housing.

Unlike the old-model water pump, the steel sliding support bushing 01-1324 is pressed into the impeller and slides on the graphite sealing washer of the seal (barrel) from the repair kit for the A-41, A-01 water pump.

The sealing washer of the gland must be coated with a layer of graphite grease to increase the contact area of the mating surfaces. The pump seal itself is pressed into the gland seating in the pump housing. Protect the barrel spring with a water-resistant anti-corrosion plastic grease. For additional protection against leaks, it is recommended to lubricate the gland housing seating with sealant.

Pump bearings, open without protective washers, are protected from contamination by rubber-reinforced seals (seal rings). The bearing cavity is filled with grease through a grease nipple.
