Reliable mounted field sprayer for tractor Wirax 200 liters, equipped with an 8-meter boom, designed for applying liquid fertilizers and treating plants with pesticides. The wide "wings" allow treating up to eight meters of planting area in a single pass.
Thanks to a powerful pump with a capacity of 120 liters per minute, this mounted sprayer can easily cover more than 8 hectares in one hour. The tank capacity allows holding up to 200 liters of solution — this volume is sufficient for extended work without additional refilling stops. The simple stable construction is ideally matched with light small tractors, increasing their working speed to 12 km/h.
This mounted sprayer for tractor Wirax 200 liters is equipped with single-position nozzles for continuous crop treatment, which provide a soft, even spray. If necessary, three-position nozzles can be installed on the sprayer, which enable targeted irrigation of low plants with root fertilization.
Precise adjustment and fertilizer savings are ensured by a special control system installed on the sprayer. With it you can easily adjust the liquid supply, control the intensity of solution mixing and the spraying of planted areas.
Also, it is possible to shut off any of the nozzles, thereby reducing the consumption of liquid fertilizers, which is especially important when working on wide rows. The convenient location of the control panel allows adjusting operation without leaving the tractor cab.
This tractor sprayer has an efficient four-stage solution filtration system that protects the pump and spray nozzles from premature wear. And the fine-cleaning filter protects the spraying system and nozzles from clogging by small particles. Additionally, each nozzle is equipped with special mesh filters.
The presence of bent profile tubes with a wall thickness of 3 mm significantly increases the rigidity of the frame; the boom height is adjusted using a mechanical winch.
