Convenient compact gasoline screw log splitter - branch shredder DR11 (double-sided sharpening) connects to an engine with power from 6.5 horsepower, located in the upper part of the housing on a special metal plate with hinged loops designed to adjust the tension of the drive belt that transmits the required force from the engine pulley to the equipment pulley. The driven pulley transmits torque to the cutting mechanism through a gear reducer, which launches rotation of the middle and upper shafts in two opposite directions.
Each shaft is fitted with four double-sided sharpened knives made of high-strength structural steel 45, with which the screw log splitter – branch shredder DR11 performs quality processing of dry and green branches up to 5 cm in diameter, cutting firewood with lengths from 10 to 12 cm. To ensure even operation of the equipment, a special flywheel in the form of a balanced car wheel from a “Zhiguli” is installed on the driven pulley. A metal table and a steel threaded cone for splitting logs are attached to the side wall.
For feeding wood, the gasoline screw log splitter – branch shredder DR11 (double-sided sharpening) is equipped with a wide loading hopper with high sides. The shredded finished product is ejected through an outlet opening protected by a semicircular metal screen. Four supporting legs made of round profile tubes with transverse reinforcements are welded to the lower part of the housing.

Description
