An inexpensive practical single-furrow plow with a coulter for the mini tractor PN-1-30 PR is equipped with all the basic functions that are extremely necessary for quality cultivation of small plots; it is especially convenient for plowing seed areas of non-standard shapes thanks to its compact size. At the same time, this moldboard plow with a coulter is distinguished by excellent productivity for this model — up to 0.2 ha/h — and high efficiency of tillage work, regardless of the complexity of the soil on the treated plot of land.
The power of the equipment to which the trailed plow 1 30 is mounted should be at least 16 horsepower; a rear three-point hitch is used for coupling. The sturdy frame made of metal profile tubing has high resistance to significant operational loads. The working body has two main elements (share and moldboard), which are fixed with special fastenings that allow, in case of wear or damage to one of the parts, to quickly replace it with a new one.
Additionally, the single-furrow plow for the mini tractor PN-1-30 PR is equipped with an auxiliary structure — a coulter — that allows deeper incorporation of plant residues more neatly and with better quality. The coulter removes the upper turf layer with plant residues and sends it to the bottom of the furrow. The body performs the final stage of plowing, cutting the soil layer with the share, crushing and turning it on the moldboard, after which the furrow slice completely covers the upper soil layer located in the furrow. The share can penetrate the soil up to 30 cm; depth adjustment is changed by a special handle of the screw mechanism on the support wheel post. The plowing width is 30 cm.
