Description of motoblock DTZ 510DNE - K (wheels 4.00-10) To facilitate engine start, the diesel motoblock DTZ 510DN-K is also manufactured in a modification with an electric starter; this model is named DTZ 510DNE-K. In terms of manufacturing quality and technical characteristics, the DTZ 510DNE-K is identical to the DTZ 510DN-K model: a diesel engine with a power of 10 hp is used, direct drive to the gearbox, a safe normally-open disk clutch, a high-efficiency air filter with a transparent cyclone. DTZ-K motoblocks are equipped with a new type of gearbox. Main advantages of the new gearbox: a separate reverse gear/reverser in the gearbox (easier to control which gear is engaged); reduced rotation speed of 1st gear (better and more precise work with mounted equipment); a removable rear housing cover; reinforced mounting for active mounted equipment; a visual oil level sensor in the gearbox. The set includes 4.00-10 wheels and an 8-section rotary tiller with a maximum working width of 1140 mm. The transport wheels have freewheel unlockers that significantly facilitate turning and maneuvering the motoblock. The presence of an electric starter noticeably increases the comfort of operating the motoblock and eases engine start, which is especially felt in cold weather. A 2-year warranty is provided for all DTZ motoblocks.
