Description of motor-block DTZ 512DNE - K (wheels 5.00-12) Since the DTZ 512DNE-K is the most powerful among the diesel motor-blocks of “DTZ”, fitting it with an electric starter is a completely justified solution that allows significantly easier engine starting, especially in cold weather. The rest of the equipment of this model is similar to the DTZ 512DN-K model: a reliable 12 hp engine, direct drive to the gearbox, a safe normally disengaged multi-disc clutch, a highly efficient air filter with a transparent cyclone. DTZ-K motor-blocks are equipped with a new type gearbox. Main advantages of the new gearbox: separate reverse/return gear in the gearbox (easier to control which gear is engaged); reduced rotational speed of 1st gear (better and more precise work with mounted equipment); a removable rear housing cover; reinforced mounting for active mounted equipment; a visual oil level sensor for the gearbox; the increased engine power allowed equipping the motor-block with a wider rotavator with a maximum working width of 1400 mm. This is the largest rotavator working width among “DTZ” motor-blocks. Included are large wheels 5.00-12, on which overrunning unlockers are installed, which significantly ease turning and maneuvering the motor-block. All “DTZ” motor-blocks come with a 2-year warranty.
